Describe the product
The fictional brief states the amount, repayment schedule and intended customer journey. It identifies assumptions that need confirmation and records the policy version used in testing. It does not prescribe an assessment method or a legal affordability standard.
Connect the information
The team maps each input to its source and describes how missing or inconsistent information is handled. The brief distinguishes supplied values from estimated values. A reviewer can use this distinction to ask how the process responds when information changes.
Review exceptions
A manual exception records the reviewer, decision reason and supporting facts. It preserves the original result and connects the override to the current policy version. This fictional example shows an auditable structure rather than a compliance determination.
Use fictional test cases
Example tests cover missing income information, several commitments and a changed product configuration. The team compares intended and observed behaviour and assigns gaps to an owner. Buyers should replace this sample with their own approved content and reviewed examples.
