Separate source text, an explanation of that text and practical examples before drawing conclusions.
Build a source register
Record the primary text, publication date, jurisdiction and version. A link alone does not tell the reader whether the material is binding, draft, advisory or historical.
Group related questions
List each requirement or question under a topic hub. Link the relevant explanatory guide, supporting documents and related reader roles. Avoid implying a definitive answer for every visitor.
Editorial example: Mark claims that need specialist review before publishing them as settled facts.
Review the map
When a source changes, revisit the guides and navigation that depend on it. A consistent set of dates and source notes helps readers judge recency.
